About Pierce County Court Docket

Pierce County court dockets are split among Superior Court, District Court, municipal courts, Juvenile Court, and separate federal systems. Each office keeps its own official record. We organize the public search paths, clerk contacts, calendars, and request options so readers can identify the right court before searching. This is a private reference resource, not a court office or government service.

Why We Built This Site

Washington provides public access to many court records, but access starts with the court that filed the case. The Pierce County Clerk maintains Superior Court case files. Pierce County District Court and each municipal court keep their own limited-jurisdiction records. Washington Courts offers a statewide index and date finder, while Pierce LINX provides the county's more detailed search and document route. We bring those official channels, court assignments, request steps, and case-number clues together so a reader can choose the correct source.

What You Will Find Here

  • Docket guides: how criminal dockets and civil dockets are searched and read in Pierce County
  • Court dates and settings: how to read the court calendar and confirm a hearing date or setting
  • Case lookups: how to run a case search by party name or case number through the statewide portal
  • Record requests: how court records and certified copies are requested from the clerk of court

What We Cannot Do

This is a privately run reference site with no connection to any Washington court, clerk, or agency. That means several requests must go straight to the official record holder:

  • We cannot pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
  • We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
  • We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
  • We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
  • We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
  • We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or setting listed on this site is current right now

Only the clerk of court or the trial court that heard the case can issue an official or certified copy of a docket sheet or court record. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.

Search Partners

Third-party providers power the search boxes that appear on some pages. They control their results, terms, and prices. A paid signup reached through one of those tools may produce a referral fee that supports this resource. Those services are separate from Pierce LINX, Washington Courts, and the Pierce County Clerk, and their output is not an official court record.
